You must cancel or modify your reservation within 1 hour of your appointment time. The links in your email are no longer active after that point.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, and want your donation back, we need you to request the refund by emailing CattyshackReservations@gmail.com. (You must cancel your reservation to be eligible for a refund! No exceptions.)
We would like to ask that you don’t request a refund unless your donation was for $40 or more. Because of credit card processing fees, we will lose money on every refund.
We encourage you to use the modification link in your confirmation email and come see us at a different time. But if you must cancel, please do that instead of not showing up! Let someone else have your spot!
