Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date and time, can receive a refund. See instructions below.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours from the appointment time, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

HOW TO CANCEL:

You MUST cancel your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. By doing this, your spot opens up to other people that are waiting to get in! This can be done within hours of your actual appointment. People are always checking to see if we have same-day openings. So please consider giving someone else a chance to visit.

If you did not get a confirmation email, please email reservations@cattyshackhuntville.org to let us know that you won’t be able to make it and we can manually cancel it. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram.

HOW TO GET A REFUND:

If your cancellation is within 48 hours of your appointment, please email reservations@cattyshackhuntsville.org to let us know that you DO want your reservation donation to be refunded. It will be refunded within 3 business days.
