Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens. And although we would prefer that you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before you are supposed to show up, we know that is not always possible. So here’s the dealio…

Any cancellations made within the 24-hour cut-off will have their donations refunded to them. It will be processed on our end within 48 hours, but remember, the credit card companies and/or banks may take a bit longer for the money to show up on your account. If you don’t see the refund within a week, email us.

Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours from your appointment time, or no-shows, can use their reservation receipt as a tax donation receipt. Our EIN is on the bottom.

HOW TO CANCEL:

  1. You can cancel your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email that you received from Cattyshack, Inc. The cancellation will happen after you prove you are not a robot. 🙂
  2. You can email reservations@cattyshackhuntsville.org and let us know that you need to cancel your reservation. We will use the time stamp on your email to determine if it was done within the 24 hour window.
  3. You can call and leave a message at 256-203-4284.
