You must cancel or modify your reservation within 24 hours of your appointment time. The link in your email will no longer be active after that point.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, and want your donation back, we need you to request the refund by emailing CattyshackReservations@gmail.com. (You must cancel your reservation to be eligible for a refund! No exceptions.)
We would like to ask that you not request a refund unless your donation was for $40 or more, because of credit card processing fees we will lose money on every refund.
We ask to you please cancel instead of not showing up! Let someone else have your spot!
