Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made before 48 hours of your reservation date and time, can receive a refund. See instructions on “How to Get a Refund” below.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours from the appointment time, or no-shows, will not be refunded, but you can use your receipt for tax purposes as we are a 501(c)3.

HOW TO CANCEL:

First, you MUST cancel your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email (check your spam folder, please). People are always checking to see if we have openings, so as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it, please use this link to open up the time slot for someone else.

If you did not get a confirmation email, please email reservations@cattyshackhuntville.org or you can message us on Facebook or Instagram.

HOW TO GET A REFUND:

If your cancellation is before 48 hours of your appointment, please email reservations@cattyshackhuntsville.org to let us know that you DO want your reservation donation to be refunded. It will be refunded within 3 business days.
