You must use the cancellation link in your confirmation email to void your reservation. Do not call, text or email us to do it. You can cancel your reservation up to one hour before your appointment time. The link in your email will no longer be active after that point. Please cancel instead of not showing up – that way your time slot is there for someone else!
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your appointment time, and want your donation back, we need you to request a refund via email. (You must have already used the cancellation link to be eligible for a refund! No exceptions!) We would like to ask that you not request a refund unless your donation was for $40 or more.
